If you know you need boundaries but struggle to hold them in real life,
especially under stress, pressure, or emotional intensity,
this workshop offers you a different way to honor yourself and your needs…

Returning to Your Body is a 2-hour, trauma-informed embodiment workshop about boundaries that actually hold up in real life. Instead of scripts or willpower, the focus is on nervous system awareness, self-trust, and learning to listen to the body’s signals in the moment.

Facilitated by Jenn Noble (bio below) this experience weaves somatic practice, nervous system education, and contemplative wisdom traditions, including Tantra, Yogic and Vedic philosophy, and earth-based spiritual lineages, into a grounded, practical format.

Participants will explore:

  • Why boundaries often collapse even when we “know better”

  • How nervous system regulation supports clarity and follow-through

  • Three interconnected forms of boundaries: internal, energetic, and relational

  • What it actually feels like to say no and stay present

Through guided embodiment, gentle movement, and optional partner or solo practices, participants will experience boundaries as an integrated act of honoring while staying connected to themselves, to others, and to what feels true, without collapsing or hardening in the process.

  • There may be optional partner or small-group exercises. All practices are consent-based, and you’re always welcome to opt out or choose a solo version.

  • A trauma-informed approach recognizes that our bodies hold past experiences, especially around stress, overwhelm, or loss of safety. This workshop prioritizes choice, pacing, and nervous system regulation so you can engage without pushing beyond your capacity.

  • No. While the work is informed by contemplative traditions including Tantra, all practices are grounded, non-sexual, and focused on presence, boundaries, and embodied awareness.

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move and sit in easily. You may also want to bring a journal, water, or anything else that helps you feel grounded.

FAQ’s

I’m so happy you’re here.

I’ve spent over 17 years studying, practicing, and teaching embodiment-based and spiritual traditions, guided by a deep devotion to living this work over just performing it. My path into embodiment was shaped by my own experiences of burnout, chronic pain, grief, and major life transitions, and the tools I share are ones I continue to use with depth and consistency in my own life.

My work brings together body-based practice, nervous system science, inner inquiry, and contemplative spiritual lineages, such as Tantra, Yoga, Vedic wisdom and earth based spiritual practices, offering a grounded path into connection, meaning, and self-trust.

I’m known for my warmth, clarity, and ability to hold depth with strength, gentleness, and safety. Participants who work with me often leave feeling more resourced, more empowered, and more trusting of themselves with a renewed relationship to their body and spirituality as an integrated way of life.

If you're longing for a space where you can reconnect with yourself, reclaim your voice, and remember the wisdom your body has been holding all along, you're welcome here. Come join us in creating something safe, uplifting, and deeply nourishing.
