The Continuum
A living temple for embodiment, integration, and the ongoing work of becoming.
The insight lands. The container closes. And then real life begins again.
What you do in that space - how you sustain what opened and keep coming back to yourself…
that's where the real juice is
And it's a lot easier when you're not doing it alone.
That's what The Continuum is for.
This space is for women who have already worked with me in some capacity - through Sacred Rage, a retreat, a workshop, or one on one - and who are ready for ongoing community.
You don't need more tools. You need a place to actually use the ones you have.
If you've found yourself thinking any version of:
"I miss being in that energy."
"I want a space to keep practicing this."
"I don't want to lose touch with what opened in me."
You're in the right place.
Who It’s For
Every container I've held has reminded me of the same truth: the work doesn't end when the program closes or the workshop ends.
What I kept hearing from women after Sacred Rage, retreats, or other containers was that they didn't want to lose it. Not the insights. Those stay. But the felt sense of being in it with other people. The thread of continuity and the reminder that you're not doing this alone.
So I built the space I wanted to exist. A grounded, intimate circle for the integration that happens after the fire. Not another intensive, just a steady place to land, month after month, with women who get it.
Why I Created This
The Continuum is a living membership - part women's circle, part embodiment practice, part community container. Each month has a theme drawn from Tantra, Vedic philosophy, somatic work, and the sacred feminine, and we move through it together across two live calls, a private community thread, and a monthly theme guide sent to your inbox.
It's not intensive. It's not a course. It's more like having a circle of women you can count on to show up with you, every month, for the long work of actually living what you've been learning.
What It Is
✨ Two live calls each month (75–90 min) - virtual women's circle weaving practice, ritual, sharing, and real conversation.
🪶 Private community thread - a low-noise WhatsApp space for connection, check-ins, and reflection between calls.
📖 Monthly theme guide - sent via email each month, with the spiritual perspective, archetype teachings, home practice, and reflection prompts to work with on your own time.
💎 Optional 1:1 sessions - private 60-minute sessions for deeper emotional or embodiment work, available to members at $111 each or three for $300.
🔥 No homework. No pressure. Just presence, practice, and real conversation.
What’s Included
The Energy
We weave together Tantra, Vedic philosophy, somatic work, and the sacred feminine, and a whole bunch of magic. The kind that lives in circles of women who show up honestly for themselves and each other.
This is a space where the mystical and the mundane meet. Where your practice breathes and evolves alongside your actual life. Where the divine isn't somewhere above you, but moving through you, on an ordinary Tuesday.
The Continuum is intentionally small and carefully held. Entry is by prior experience with my work so that there is a foundation of understanding and trust in the group.
When it eventually opens more broadly, the price will reflect that. But for now, this circle is for the women who have already been in it with me in some way.
If you're not sure whether this is the right fit, reach out here. I'm genuinely happy to talk it throug
