How to Prepare for Each Live Call

Set up a private, comfortable space each week where you can move, breathe, and sound freely.

Bring with you:

  • A candle or sacred object

  • Journal + pen

  • Water or tea

  • Clothing you can move in

Before each call, reflect on:
“What do I want to feel, explore, or release today?”


Over the next four weeks, you’ll receive one module at a time.

Each week, I’ll share a Google Drive folder with you—using the email address you entered at checkout. Inside, you’ll find your practices, rituals, Zoom links, and any bonus content for that week.

**Make sure you’re logged into Google with that same email when accessing the folder—otherwise, it may show up as restricted.
