You decide you're finally going to do it. You've had enough and you’re ready for a change. You do some journalling, maybe talk to some friends or a therapist about it, you even practice what you're going to say.

Then the moment comes - your boss asks you to cover another project, your mother calls during dinner time… even though you asked her not to, your partner makes that one comment that really pisses you off again…and suddenly your body freezes. Or fawns. Or collapses.

The words disappear. A “yes” falls out before you can stop it. Or you say something that sounds like a boundary, but your voice shakes, they push back, and you fold.

Afterward you feel like shit. Angry at them. But mostly angry at yourself.

Why can't I just say no? What's wrong with me?

So you try harder next time. You read another book. Talk to your therapist about it again. Practice in the mirror. Tell yourself you just need more clarity, more confidence, more backbone.

Why it keeps falling apart

Here's what most people don’t understand about boundaries:

Boundaries don't fail because you don't know what they are.

They fail because your nervous system doesn't feel safe holding them yet.

You can know you have the right to say no, and practice the perfect words.

But if your body learned long ago that speaking up meant danger - rejection, abandonment, harm - it will override you every single time.

This isn't a character flaw or weakness. This is biology.

And it's exactly where most boundary work gets it wrong.

Real boundaries don't come from willpower, better scripts or talking about it endlessly.

They come from a nervous system that finally feels safe enough to hold the line.

This program works from the inside out, building the capacity first, then the voice.
This is not more information to intellectualize. It’s actual change in your body and being, that you carry into the room with you.

Three layers. Six weeks.

We will work with a unique and specific framework that makes understanding and embodying boundaries easy:

Layer 1: Internal boundaries
- your relationship with your own signals, needs, and limits. The layer most women have never been taught. Nothing above it holds without it.

Layer 2: Energetic boundaries - where your energy is going, what's draining you before the day starts, how to protect your presence without shutting down.

Layer 3: Relational boundaries - the actual voice. The no. The yes that means yes. Staying grounded when someone pushes back. Repair after rupture.

These three layers are supported by nervous system science, somatic practice, emotional alchemy, and the wisdom of Tantra, Vedic lineages, and Hindu archetypes like Durga and Kali. When women bring themselves sincerely to this work, change isn't just possible, it’s inevitable.

Week by week

  • Week 1:  Feeling the Truth Signal
    Coming back to your body's language. Learning to recognize the signals you've been overriding.

  • Week 2:  Meeting Your Fire
    Anger isn't the problem - it's information. This week we work with it: feeling it without being consumed, learning what it's actually pointing to.

  • Week 3:  Internal Boundaries - Stopping Self-Abandonment
    The habit loops. The people-pleasing on autopilot. Building the capacity to pause, feel, and choose before the yes falls out.

  • Week 4:  Energetic Boundaries - Permeability and Protection
    Cognitive load, depletion, the difference between rest and dissociation. Learning to manage your energy without disappearing from yourself.

  • Week 5:  Relational Boundaries - Voice, No, Yes, and Repair
    Throat, chest, belly — the body's fear response to relational threat. We practice the actual voice here. The no.

  • Week 6:  Integration - Living It
    Making it sustainable. Daily practices, support structures, your personal integration map.

What's included

  • 6 live weekly sessions - 90 minutes each facilitated by Jenn
    Not pre-recorded content you watch alone. Live, with Jenn, every week. You bring what's real and we work with it.

  • Small group container - maximum 20 women
    Small enough that you actually know each other. Big enough to feel the pull of the collective. Think sacred, women’s circle.

  • Weekly somatic practice recordings to use between sessions
    Practices designed to be used between sessions, not just during them. This is where the work moves from the call into your actual life.

  • Private community space between calls
    This is where a lot of the real integration happens. Women share voice memos, name what's actually surfacing, and call each other forward mid-week. When one woman is brave enough to go first, it moves the whole group. You'll feel it.

  • Lifetime access to all recordings and materials
    Everything stays with you. The practices, the session recordings, the materials - yours to return to whenever you need them.

  • Invitation to The Continuum - ongoing community for women continuing this work
    Six weeks opens something. The Continuum is where you keep going with women who know what you've been through, on themes that continue to deepen the work. It's ongoing, it's intimate, and it's there when you're ready.

  •  Not at all. This program is designed to meet you where you are. You don't need any prior experience with Tantra, somatics, or embodiment work, just curiosity and openness. Everything is taught from the ground up.

  • Every call is recorded and available within 24 hours. You'll still get the full experience even if you can't attend live.

  • No. This is an educational program focused on skill-building and embodiment practices. It's not a replacement for therapy, though many participants find it deeply therapeutic. If you're in active crisis or dealing with acute mental health issues, please seek professional support first.

  • If you've done intellectual boundary work but still struggle to hold boundaries in real life, yes, this will be different. We're not just talking about boundaries. We're building the nervous system capacity to actually live them.
